If this hasn't been solved, then you need to update the bios, we have had this problem at work a few times, and this seems to fix the problem

If you can do one 4XL in the thicker one, and one in the thiner one, that would be good, otherwise do both as they come in as 4XL @ ?6 each... thanks!
