Hi all

As many of you are aware, I'm doing my dissertation on games (not gonna be too specific for the moment)

So, I am letting you all know that I am bringing questionnaires for people to fill out - it would be really really awesome if some of you fill these out for me

There is only one criteria that must be met by participants:
- Must have played Left 4 Dead (1 or 2) or World of Warcraft or both. [although if not many of you meet this then I might make it more general e.g. to FPS or RPG]

ummmm think that's all I need to say! Any questions, just ask.

And is it multiple choice? And do we get marks afterwards? Do we have to mark each other's papers or is there an independent adjudicator? Are artist's impressions involved? And is there a time limit? And do we have to pretend to be subject to ravagings from a zombie while trying to fill it out? And are you playing the part of that zombie?

Very important questions as you can see.

Ah, surely the reward is that warm, fuzzy feeling you get after helping someone out? I've always what part of the brain produces the warm fuzzies.

But yes - I've played both Left 4 Dead and World of Warcraft, so I'll help out if I can. It was the warm fuzzy feeling I had to use as a reward for half of my participants for my dissertation experiment @__@

As a collective they're my sextuplets yes,
but as they will only be present to recieve cake individually (rather conveniently) I'm sure they will refer to themselves as my 'twin/s'.

We cant very well go around saying things like "Allow me to inroduce my sextuplet." or worse shortening it to "Allow me to introduce my sext."

It just sounds uncouth.

Yes you may! The secondary prize is a surprise!

Yes it is! Some questions at the end are open though and may involve actual writing!

No right or wrong answer so no marking!! But will have me making charts and graphs out of your collective answers!

Are artist's impressions involved?
You may draw if you like, I suppose it can't hurt!

And is there a time limit?
No time limit, it isn't that long (at the moment)

And do we have to pretend to be subject to ravagings from a zombie while trying to fill it out? And are you playing the part of that zombie?
Well if that would help you to get into the L4D2 mood whilst answering my questionnaire, I guess that can be arranged... *gets the Zoey outfit out again*

Well, no - as I am collecting data from WoW. But if there aren't enough participants I was going to lower the requirements to any RPG so I might still need your help!
