so guys i wanted to ask about cod, like what will we need to play this, as some people may have diferent versions and maybe a little clarification could be useful to know!

which patch are we using for Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare?

well im assuming 1.7, cos for ppl who use steam, it normally auto updates. So yeah, if you have 1.6, copy the folder, and install the 1.7 patch on the coppied folder, then you have both, check here if you're unsure: http://ktfo.co.uk/e107_plugins/forum/fo ... opic.php?1

We always use the latest version of any game we play, to keep things simple. Patches will be available on the FTP server at the event. I plan on having games servers built (again) for the event with hopefully promod installed as well

The tournament will be promod, mainly because of the amount of bitching last time

I'll try and make sure there is a non promod ffa server as well though
