LlamaLAN XVI - Official Feedback Thread

Thank you to everyone who attended and made LlamaLAN XVI such a great event, but we, 'der Management, think that we can do better. So what went right for you during the event so that we know to repeat it, and what went wrong so that we know to fix it ... also what didn't we do at all that you might like to see at a future event?

At most LANs this is traditionally broken up into The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, but make sure that you keep it positive and if you find something that didn't work well a suggestion of how to fix it would be appreciated.

It's also a great way to reminisce and recall the great comedy moments from the LAN.

So ... get feedbacking!

Good:
loved lan as always!
great people
great conversations
loved cluelesses' voice masking lols
lan pizza
LAN Internet? like what the hell? that was a big surprise that it worked quite well up to the peak internet usage it started lagging.

Bad:
lag in the final of UT2k4, i am not complaining but it literally did cause me 4 deaths, i ran over weapons and they didnt pick up, hordes of spectators behind me also saw this : o

For Next Time:
i was dearly upset when we didn't get our lanyards *wipes tear from face* so please i ask of those to be done for next lan.

Agreed and agreed, you'll be comforted to know that both LL16 lanyards, and a greater CD presence will make their return in April.
