Hello - We run LAN's too. :)

Post by Guest »

Hi there !

Names Paul (IXL)

I host LAN's in Teynham nr Sittingbourne. We really have only just got started, we have our 5th LAN which is in a few weeks time and another booked or early May.

Atm, we currently run Counterstrike, but are working on 1942 and other games as the pool of regular players increase. . .

Unlike yours, our LANs are just for the day, but as things progress we may increase this, its just a case people being available for more than a day . . . (work, kids and life stuff)

IMO, I think were doing quite well and "holding our own" so to speak.

Drop by and say hi here if you like. . . http://www.ixl-uk.com Im sure we'll make you feel very welcome.

Just a quick note really to advise that Ive finally moved our database over and installed php plus (version 1.52).

Let me know if you have any issues logging in. We are in the very very early stages so please forgive the lame setup, templates and logos ect...

This kind of lark takes a life time at 56k.... so hopefully by next summer I'l be done.
