Just for those that are interested,
lan parties in E London - Mile end to be precise.

Origonally run by the same guys, and they might be merging again,
good location, good people, (Sometimes) good prizes - worth a look
if your up that way

Next one's at 29th-31st October, at mile end (easy run up the A2 ! )

should - as always - be fun, with stuff to give away, if the past record
is anything to go by !

Hi, my name is Norphy and I am the organiser of HG-LAN, one of the events mentioned by Inkubus here.

Its short notice to be pimping my event I know but its going to be held this weekend (3rd-5th December) at the Queen Mary and Westfield College campus of the University of London. Price of entry is ?20 for the weekend or ?10 for a day. There are lots of prizes at this one so chances are that you'll get something should you attend! We already have some of your members at this one (Autarkus I think, Mincemeat and Oyst) so come along!

Always useful to know about other LANs within easy driving distance ... will have to see what my social calendar has in store ... let me think .. IXL , Llama , i-series , Strat , dum de dum de dum ... etc. ad infinitum ... who say's the LAN scene isn't going strong in the South East? :)

Me again

My next event is a week before yours, on the Easter weekend. Prices are ?20 prepaid and ?25 on the door. I already have two confirmed sponsors, I'm chasing a third at the moment. I still have some spaces left so if anybody wants to come they're obviously more than welcome :)

As an aside, I shall be attending your upcoming event as well. Myself and Inky were feeling advertureous and thought we'd do two LANs on two consecutive weekends. I look forward to meeting you all :P
