Wanted: help getting a car.

My dad has offered me the car hes driven for the last 12 months.

Its a volvo 740 saloon and is a good drive @ ?250 but he has also offered me a deal with the insurance which total cost is ?550

I would like a loan, of ?550
Either from 1 or several people. I think an interest rate of 10% is fair so, if you let me borrow the full 550, then I will pay you back ?605.

I will pay back over 6 months, or faster if I can afford it.

Anyone want to help me out ?
