i've not looked at my route yet, but may be able to get close, there won't be much space but probably a seat and i'm sure we can crowbar you're stuff in somewhere. where abouts are you?

I think he's somewhere around canning Town/Beckton part of the world if it's any guide.

i don't know london at all, i'd be coming in on the M11 then changing to the M25, towards the dartford crossing if that helps, is that far from you?

M11 ... over M25 ... A406 (North Circular) Clockwise ... A1020

You are now somewhere near Silvertown

then you have the choice of coming out on the A12 back to the M25 and over the Dartford Crossing and down the A2/M2
or
through the Blackwall Tunnel and down the A2/M2

If your heading into town to pick him up,
the A2/M2's probly the best route, imho

mail me your postcode to god "at" rpgfans "dot" com. i can plan a decent route then, hopefully i'll have sat nav by the LAN so i can have that nice woman to tell me what to do (then i'll listen to the sat nav get it wrong)

If you can't pick him up, I *might* be able to give him a lift, but I would have driven from Newcastle > Carlise > Darkmatters house > then to the venue. I really don't know how many miles that is.
