Don't forget your multi-way gang plug unless you can run everyting off a single plug ... something to sleep in/on/under or with, and something to freshen yourself up with, remember there are no showers on site and so wetwipes/baby wipes are very useful.

Not sure if i`m out of order saying this but PLEASE....... it always helps to have installed the games you want to play ready for when you turn up. Nothing worse than having a bit of leisure gaming lined up or wanting to crack on with a tournie only to find the people don`t have it installed in the first place and your left sitting around waiting.
I think this year i may try sleeping in my van rather than on the hall floor, 1 it saves people from my snoring, and secondly i can lay out fully across the front seats of the van quite easily, plus i have a microwave and sink in it too so it`s about as close as i`m going to get to home for a few days.

On the subject of having the games already installed - I would but I don't have all of the ones listed for the tournaments. I'm turning up on Friday anyway. And if you plan all the tournies to take place in the earlier hours of Saturday or Sunday like last time I won't be taking part anyway!
Also it's a good idea to open up the PC and give it a good old clean out. It could get quite warm in the hall despite the time of year so a dust-free system is always helpful. Which is what I'm going to do right now.

Unless you count 1330 briefing, 1400 - 1500 practice, and 1500 onwards tournament 'early' then you should be fine ... and there is only a single tournament which is Battlefield 2, the other timetabled games are just 'big games' to get the servers full and some decent games going instead of stragglers here and there ... and get those games installed, you know that you'll want to join in with the rest of us once you get going
