A 'this or that' scenario. If, for the remainder of your life you could only either:

• wreck destruction upon those who deserve to be put in their place, decimating their self-worth / value to society / property or whatever with no legal come-uppance whatsoever, (thus ensuring those who commit evil, or those who just get on your nerves, learn the hard way - influencing others the most)
  
  or
• discover how to learn to value who you are and, every day, learn something new (knowledge, skill and/or the application of either) about different subjects, attaining greater understanding of the human psyche and/or reality (thus discovering greater inner balance and harmony with your natural environment - influencing yourself the most)

... which would it be? And, of course, why?

Everyone is evolving already, learning stuff on a daily basis, getting new experiences, and so on.

There isn't an all powerful punishing force in the world at the moment though, hence why the world is in such a shit state. I of course would be ideal for this post ^_^

Make it, People that pull out of side roads onto a national speed limit road, when they have no visibility due to other vehicles blocking there view. Yet progress at the speed of a slug when you are approaching them @65mph from less than 100 metres.
