I was, until today. I contacted VM over some other issue regarding my phone line. At the end of our chat, the customer assistant asked if I'd be interested in an upgrade to 20 Mbps for just £1.50 extra per month. I asked how long this rate would be for, to which she said indefinately. The fair use policy covers 4pm - 9pm where up to 1 gig may be downloaded without any speed capping.

Seemed worthwhile to me. :)
